OUR MISSION
Here at BumpedOut, our mission is simple; we want childcare to be cheaper and more accessible. We don't want any women sacrificing her working life after becoming a mum because of childcare limitations. By joining our campaign you'll be helping us reach the following goals:
52 WEEK COVER
Currently, childcare support from the government covers only 38 weeks of the year rather than the full 52.
At the moment, the government offers 30 hours of free childcare for 3 & 4 year olds. This is not flexible for working parents and is actually only subsidised, meaning parents often have to contribute more money. We propose we switch to a % based reinbursement from the government which is more flexible.

MORE FUNDING
Increasing wages for childcare staff makes the job more appealing to increase job uptake. This should lead to more places at childcare and longer opening hours to support working hours of parental job roles.
